Q: Can I reserve the clubhouse for a private party?
A: Yes, you can reserve a space in the clubhouse by visiting the leasing office. There is a refundable deposit to reserve the clubhouse of $250 as well as a non-refundable fee of $150.

A: The Alexan Downtown Littleton leasing office is available to you 7 days per week. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9am - 6pm. Wednesday from 8am - 8pm. Saturday from 10am – 5pm. Sunday from 12pm – 5pm.

Q: When is rent due?
A: Rent is due on the first of every month, with a grace period until the 3rd. Rent is considered late on the 4th.

A: Yes, the Alexan Downtown Littleton has a valet dry cleaning service available to our residents with a convenient drop off and pick up location in our clubhouse.
